WHAT HAPPENED TO COMMUNICATION AT WORK ...

In today?s business world things do not appear to be going as well as they used to. Do any of you recall when you actually looked forward to going to work? Does anyone out there know what went wrong ? what actually happened? Why has going to work become such drudgery? Do any of you know what changed ? say in the last decade or two?

I believe employees are no longer as happy as they used to be, no longer take as much pride in their work, and as a result, things have gone awry.? Of course there are many reasons for this downturn. But here I am going to address one ? communication at work.
