The BasicsWeather 360º is the premier multi-purpose weather application available exclusively for iPhone and iPod touch (coming soon for iPad). The weather map offers 14 different standard overlays, 5 different point data overlays and polygon data which will put a warning box overlay on the map if any severe thunderstorm or tornado warnings become active. The map will auto-refresh new data every 120 seconds or you can refresh at will. ?*You can also access current conditions and the forecast from anywhere on the map by simply doing a long press on the map display. ?*Spark, the personal lightning detector, will keep you informed of the distance lightning has been detected every 60 seconds from your location and will also plot these on a map built into the interface. Spark is a incredible tool, especially when you have outdoor activities planned! Currently, you get three different forecast screens and can save as many favorites as you'd like. The Current Conditions forecast screen will give you your current weather, a 24 hour snap shot, and a hourly scroll at the bottom. ?*The Extended Forecast gives you a basic snapshot of the next 15 days. All you have to do is swipe across the forecast screen to access the next or previous forecast view. The page indicator at the top will tell you which one you are viewing. If any weather advisories are active for your current location, a number will appear both over the app icon on your home screen and inside the app over Forecast as well as in the detail screen.Advanced Users?*For the weather?*professionals and more advanced?*hobbyist?*we have given you dynamic?*numerical?*weather models available by In App Purchase, 7 day trial with App purchase. If a parameter is updating, the data?*will auto refresh new data every 120 seconds or you can refresh at will.?*We currently offer the 4km and 40km NAM model as well as the GFS in our standard package, We will be adding additional parameters and models shortly and will keep you updated on progress in our blog updates. We will also be adding a elite package which will offer some of the more desired foreign models.Which ones? We can't say, but you won't be?*disappointed!
